Louis explored the most advanced production methods to find the perfect discs for his work, which he divided into two main categories: DIAMOND CUTTING DISC PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES Hydrogen Inert Technology – this technology allows for the sintering of the tool in a special protective environment, which allows for the creation of large volumes of semi-professional tools 1A1R, 1A1R Turbo, and 1A1RSS. Hot Forged Technology - here, sintering occurs in metal press molds under high pressure and temperature in an automatic cycle. This technology allows for the creation of small volumes of professional tools 1A1R, 1A1R Turbo, and 1A1RSS.
